Pinterest Recipe- Beef Stroganoff- YUM!!

I am ready for a new collection of recipes to go along with the changing weather. For the last week I have been getting excited about Fall foods :) I was thinking Of all our favorites... Chili, chicken-n-dumplings, and beef stroganoff.... Oh Beef Stroganoff... One of our favorites!!! I have always just bought the mixes in the past but yesterday I got brave and decided to do it myself :) I found his recipe on Pinterest: 

And can I just say YUM!!! And best of all it was super easy :)

All the kids (and even the hubby) gave it 2 thumbs up. I will be adding it to our family recipe book. I think I need to do some more recipe searching. What are your family favorites?
